1) π Orders & Order Confirmation:
Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed in our system.
SHEEN reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incomplete or incorrect address details
β In case of cancellation, the customer will be informed accordingly.
2) π° Prices & Payment:
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
SHEEN has the right to change prices, discounts, and promotions at any time without prior notice.
Available payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment (as per policy).
If payment remains pending or fails, the order may be held or cancelled.
3) π Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the city, area, and courier service.
SHEEN is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Strikes or road blockages
Courier service issues
Eid or peak-season rush
β Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and active phone number.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
4) β Product Availability & Stock:
Stock may be limited, and items can become out of stock at any time.
If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, SHEEN may:
Offer an alternative product
Provide a refund or store credit (as per policy)
5) π Sizes & Measurements:
All sizes (S/M/L etc.) and measurements are approximate.
Customers must check the size chart before placing an order.
Returns/exchanges due to size issues will only be accepted according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
6) π Return / Exchange Policy (Company-Safe):
SHEEN only accepts returns/exchanges in the following cases:

Product is damaged (Unboxing video required)
Wrong item delivered
Major manufacturing defect
β Return/Exchange Not Accepted If:
Change of mind / βDidnβt like itβ
Size issue (if size guide was not followed)
Product is used or washed
Perfume smell, stains, tags removed
Discount/Sale items (optional rule β company safe)
π Return/Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
7) π§Ύ Sale / Discount Items:
Discounted or sale items may be treated as Final Sale.
Returns/exchanges for discounted items will only be accepted in case of:
Damaged product, or
Wrong item delivered
8) β Order Cancellation Policy:
Customers can request cancellation only within a limited time after placing the order.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. π Repeated fake orders or cancellations may result in the customer being blacklisted.
9) π Address & Delivery Responsibility:
It is the customerβs responsibility to provide:
Complete and correct address
Correct phone number
Nearby landmark details (if needed)
β If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

SHEEN may contact customers through:
Call / SMS
Customers must remain responsive, otherwise the order may be delayed or cancelled.
11) π¦ Parcel Refusal (COD Orders):
If a customer repeatedly refuses COD parcels:
COD service may be blocked for future orders
Customer account may be restricted
Orders may be processed only on advance payment
12) π‘ Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse Service:
SHEEN reserves the full right to:
Cancel suspicious orders
Reject fake return/exchange claims
Block customers who misuse policies
13) π Privacy & Data Protection:
Customer information is kept secure and will only be used for:
Order processing
Delivery handling
Customer support
14) π Intellectual Property
All SHEEN content including:
Logo
Product images
Website text and design
is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or republishing without permission is strictly prohibited.
15) π Limitation of Liability:
SHEEN shall not be responsible for any indirect losses, including:
Courier delays
Incorrect address issues
Customer misuse
Wrong size selection by customer
16) β Updates to Terms & Conditions:
SHEEN may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version available on the website will be considered final and applicable.
