At SHEEN, our goal is to provide you with the best quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer Return / Exchange facilities according to the rules mentioned below.
1) ✅ Return / Exchange Eligibility (Cases We Accept):
Return or exchange requests will only be accepted in the following cases:
✅ Damaged Product Received (issue found immediately after opening the parcel)
✅ Wrong Item Delivered (wrong size/design/color sent)
✅ Manufacturing Defect (stitching problem or major fault)
✅ Missing Item / Incomplete Order
📌 Note: Customers must check the product immediately after receiving the parcel.
2) 🔁 Exchange Policy (Size / Color / Design):
Exchange is available subject to stock availability.
We prefer exchange for the same product size first.
If the product is out of stock, the customer may choose any other product.
📌 Price Difference Rule:
If the new product is more expensive → the customer will pay the difference.
If the new product is cheaper → the difference will be adjusted as store credit.
3) 🚚 Return Shipping Charges:
✅ If the issue is SHEEN’s fault (damaged / wrong item) → return shipping will be covered by SHEEN.
❌ If the issue is from the customer side (size selection / change of mind) → return shipping will be paid by the customer.
📌 For COD orders:
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4) 📦 Product Condition for Return / Exchange
To be eligible, the product must be:
✅ Unused
✅ Unwashed
✅ With tags attached
✅ In original packaging
📌 If the product condition has been changed, the return/exchange request will be rejected.
5) 🔍 Quality Check Process:
Once the return parcel is received:
✅ The product will go through a quality inspection
✅ After approval, the exchange/store credit/refund process will begin
📌 If the product is received used, damaged, or altered, the claim will be rejected.
6) ⏱ Processing Time:
✅ Return/Exchange Approval: 2–3 working days
✅ Exchange Dispatch: 3–5 working days
✅ Refund/Store Credit: 5–7 working days
7) ✅ Important Note (Company Protection Clause):
SHEEN reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request in cases of:
✅ Fraud or fake claims
✅ Missing proof / incomplete information
✅ Used item
✅ Item damaged by the customer
