1) Delivery Locations:

We provide delivery across major cities in Pakistan and selected areas.

Delivery to remote or out-of-city areas may also be available; however, delivery time may be longer in such locations.

2) Order Processing Time:

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.

Order processing is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

3) Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on your city and the courier service schedule:

📍 Major Cities: 2–4 working days

📍 Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary according to the courier’s operational schedule.

4) Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details at checkout, including:

Complete delivery address

Active phone number

Street, city, and landmark details

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer not available

Phone switched off / unreachable

the order may be returned.

⚠️ In such cases, re-delivery will only be arranged with:

Advance payment + re-shipping charges

5) Important Notice (Cash on Delivery – COD):

If a customer does not receive a COD order, refuses delivery, or delivery fails multiple times, SHEEN reserves the right to:

Block COD service for future orders

Require advance payment / bank transfer for future orders

6) Courier Delays (Uncontrollable Events):

SHEEN is not responsible for courier delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

Weather conditions

Strikes / roadblocks

Eid / peak sale rush

Courier operational delays

We will try our best to keep customers updated whenever possible.
